About Me

Hi, I’m Kory Khojasteh (pronounced ‘Kojasta’), a Los Angeles-based multimedia creator with 15 years of experience across the entire digital production pipeline. Whether it’s shooting, cutting, or creatively directing, I’ve built a career as a one stop shop for visual storytelling.

My roots are in action sports and documentary filmmaking, and I’ve worked across advertising, branded content, and fine art. I studied editing at CSULB, and bring an editor’s eye to everything I shoot. I’m always thinking ahead to the final picture and in respect to the entire production pipeline.

My journey started by photographing my dad’s catch for online forums, and grew into a passion that’s led to publications in Thrasher Magazine, national ad campaigns, and independent print projects like the Unknown photo book series and the fine art zine Golden Days.

My hands-on experience across departments gives me a collaborative edge and a sharp sense for what’s needed at every phase of production. I’m well versed in most camera manufacturers and typically edit in Adobe Premiere and DaVinci Resolve, with training in Avid.

I’m all about intention, creativity, and bringing a relaxed but focused energy to every set. Thanks for taking the time to learn about me. Now for the fun part, let’s build something together!
